We are hiring a part-time Personal Assistant to provide administrative, scheduling, and outreach support. The role is fully remote.
You will work independently, manage several tasks at once, and communicate clearly with team members and external contacts. Accuracy and professionalism are essential.
Responsibilities
- Calendar management — Manage calendars and appointments, respond to meeting invitations, and help prioritise tasks.
- Appointment setting — Contact prospects to secure appointments for team members, including follow-ups and confirmations.
- Administrative support — Handle day-to-day admin tasks for leadership and operations
- Coordination and follow-up — Liaise with internal team members and stakeholders, follow up on open items, and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements
- Education — Local Diploma, A-Levels, or higher.
- Multitasking — Able to manage multiple workstreams with good judgement.
- Independence — Comfortable working with minimal supervision; takes ownership and initiative.
- Communication — Well-organised, with strong written and verbal skills. Confident on the phone and speaking with new contacts.
- Technical skills — Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
