Responsibilities:

  • Perform telemarketing calls to leads provided by partners to achieve sales target.
  • Understanding the needs of customers and recommending suitable products to them.
  • Convert leads provided by partner to sales through telemarketing activities.
  • Ensure call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with the Quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or higher.
  • Possess 2 - 5 years of prior outbound call centre and/or Telemarketing / Telesales experience within Financial Industry
  • Possess valid BCP and PGI certifications (mandatory). HI certification is advantageous.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
