TCM Clinic Assistant
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a compassionate and organised Clinic Assistant to join our Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinic (Chinese Readings is mandatory due to Chinese medicine despatch requirements). You will provide essential administrative and clinical support to ensure smooth daily operations whilst delivering excellent patient care in a welcoming, multicultural environment.
**Job Description**
• Manage patient registration, appointments, TCM medicine dispatch and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Assist Licenced TCMPB TCM practitioners during consultations and treatments, including preparing herbal prescriptions and treatment rooms
• Handle billing, payment processing, and insurance claims with attention to detail
• Provide friendly, professional service to patients from diverse backgrounds, addressing enquiries and ensuring comfort throughout their visit
**Job Requirements**
• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, ITE, or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in healthcare or customer service is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact respectfully with patients of all backgrounds
• Proficient in basic computer applications and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Genuine interest in TCM and holistic healthcare approaches
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis
