Working Hours: Mon–Fri (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM), Alternate Sat (8:30 AM – 12:00 PM)
Job Responsibilities:
Receive incoming goods and verify quantities and product condition against purchase orders or delivery documents.
Sort, label, and store trophies, award components, corporate gifts, and packaging materials in correct locations.
Pick and issue products and components according to sales orders and production requirements.
Record all stock received, issued, assembled, transferred, returned, or damaged accurately and promptly.
Assist with stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
Monitor stock levels and report low-stock or damaged items to the supervisor.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
Assist in production assembly on an ad-hoc basis.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in warehouse management preferred.
Ability to interpret sales orders, product codes, and basic production instructions.
High attention to detail, particularly when verifying names, quantities, and customized product specifications.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems.
Capability to perform hands-on warehouse and production tasks, including lifting and handling packages weighing up to 15 kg.
Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
Willingness to learn production equipment operation and adhere strictly to workplace safety procedures.
Flexibility to work overtime during peak operational periods when required.
