- Location: Boon Lay/ Rifle Range Army Camp (King Albert Park MRT)
- Working Hours: 7 AM – 3 PM, 3 PM – 11 PM, and 11 PM – 7 AM shifts
- Salary: Up to $3500 + Completion Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
- Performs system integration and testing according to work instruction/procedure and test plan.
- Performs all duties in a safe manner and keeps all employees aware of dangers in work area.
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production targets, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and adherence to production schedules.
- Lead and mentor a team of production assemblers and test operators, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of productivity, quality, and safety.
- Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
- Manage production stores inventory.
- Track and analyze production metrics, such as yield, and cycle time, and take appropriate actions to achieve performance targets.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering/manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
- 2-3 years managing production staff and processes, includes supervising, planning, and directing production to produce quality products.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software systems, such as manufacturing execution systems (MES).
