Job Summary
You will assist dentists during patient treatments, manage the reception area efficiently, and respond to patient enquiries to ensure smooth clinic operations and positive patient experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist dentists by preparing treatment areas and supporting patient care during procedures
- Manage the reception area by organizing appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring a welcoming environment
- Respond promptly and clearly to patient enquiries to provide accurate information and support
- Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain smooth clinic operations
- Adapt to flexible work hours, including some weekends and nights, to meet clinic needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrate willingness to learn new skills and procedures to support dental care
- Exhibit teamwork skills to contribute positively to the clinic environment
