Office hours! Bank Corporate Call Centre Officer (6 Months Contract / East) - JL
Working hours: Mon-Fri 9-6pm,
Location: East
Salary: Ranging 2700 - 4000
Duration: 6 months (subjected to renewable/convertible based on performance and business direction/changes)
-Training will be provided
1.Handle customer (Internal/External) issues and enquiries, provide appropriate solutions as well as accurate and complete information via phone and email.
2.Perform proper follow up to ensure resolution within SLA.
3.Communicate and co-ordinate with internal stakeholders as necessary to resolve customer issues.
4.Follow internal procedures & guidelines, maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers as well as colleagues at all times.
5.Any other tasks/duties that may be assigned.
6.Consistently deliver excellent quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction
7. Handle inbound calls (internal) from RMs/Assistant RMs & Branches
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Innovative and creative in problem solving with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks, with positive work attitude.
- Strong knowledge of corporate products and services
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
