About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Elush (T3) Pte Ltd in the Central Region. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our dynamic retail environment. What you'll be doing
- Providing a warm and welcoming experience for customers, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated
- Assisting customers with product selection, answering questions, and making recommendations to meet their needs
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective product knowledge and sales techniques
- Maintaining a neat, organised, and visually appealing sales floor
- Participating in inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising activities
- Collaborating with the wider team to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer experience
