Join Fitness First Singapore and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional member experiences! We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to support our clubs in the west area.
⚡ Immediate availability preferred.
What You’ll Be Doing 💪
- Welcome members and guests with excellent customer service
- Respond to enquiries via phone and in-person interactions 📞
- Provide information on club facilities, services, and membership matters 🏋️
- Handle member feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation 📚
- Support day-to-day club operations and member engagement activities 🤝
What We’re Looking For 🌟
- Customer service or front-facing experience preferred
- Friendly, confident, and service-oriented personality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in fitness, hospitality, or retail will be an advantage
