Job Description
- Respond and attend to guest repair requests
- To oversee the implementation of preventive management and repair schedules of all hotel machinery, equipment and facilities and update daily routine check list
- Assist supervisor in the day-to-day operation of the department
- Supervise and delegate work promptly to the Maintenance crew and ensure that work is properly done and updated on progress work
- Participate in fire-fighting and safety exercise
- Preventive maintenance scheduling
- Inventory of spare parts, tools and expendables
- Filling of building drawing and specification
- On the job training to new staff (air-con, chiller plant, electrical)
- Communicate with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
- Report to superior end of the day of working all the follow up works
