Yakiniku Shiok is a new dining concept in Singapore, featuring Japanese yakiniku and nabemono with premium Japanese A3 Wagyu and a wide buffet spread. We are passionate about quality food, warm hospitality, and teamwork, creating an enjoyable and energetic dining experience for our guests.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will assist the manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards in food preparation and presentation. Job Description:

Manage and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences

Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring consistency and quality

Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain efficient service flow and timely food delivery

Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of dining areas at all times

Maintain restaurant cleaning and closing requirements

Monitor customer satisfaction and address complaints/feedbacks professionally

Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the F&B industry

Able to work on weekends and public holidays

Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Passion for Japanese cuisine and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences

Applicants with a valid Food Safety Course (Level 1) Certificate will be prioritized
