The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role as a creative and analytical thinker. They will conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that effectively reaches the target audience. Their comfort in evaluating the marketing process and working to critique and improve its outcomes will be crucial.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Content Creation (Primary Focus)
- Design marketing materials such as social media posts, posters, brochures, flyers, and presentation slides
- Assist in creating visual content in line with brand guidelines using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva
- Support photography, videography, and basic editing for marketing campaigns and events
- Ensure brand consistency across marketing materials
Digital Marketing Support
- Assist with updating website content and marketing materials
- Support social media content creation and scheduling across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Monitor basic campaign performance and compile simple reports
- Conduct market and competitor research when required
Marketing Projects & Events
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Support corporate events, health talks, and outreach programmes
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on marketing-related projects
- Assist with preparation of marketing materials for new doctors and services
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Multimedia, or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or Canva
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts
- Familiarity with photography, videography, or video editing is an advantage
- Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Able to work independently and manage assigned tasks responsibly
