Requirements & Responsibilities
📌 Assist clients in understanding and planning for pre-planning and memorial solutions, including funeral packages, niches and ancestral tablets
📌 Team-oriented and able to work collaboratively towards shared goals
📌 No prior sales or industry experience required – comprehensive training and guidance will be provided
📌 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
📌 Positive attitude, strong learning mindset, and a genuine desire to grow
📌 Flexible working hours – part-time or full-time opportunities available
📌 Professional, respectful and empathetic when communicating with clients and their families
📌 Motivated, goal-oriented and comfortable providing consultative pre-planning advice
📌 Diploma qualification or above, with strong ambition, initiative and self-motivation
