We are looking for motivated Full-Time Staff / Interns to join our Singapore renovation team.
Suitable for candidates interested in Interior Design, Renovation, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Project Coordination and Quotation Preparation.

🌟 Job Responsibilities
- Reply to customer WhatsApp enquiries
- Understand renovation requirements
- Read floor plans and renovation drawings
- Calculate area, length, quantity and material requirements
- Prepare quotations and costing
- Use Excel / Google Sheets for calculations
- Assist with quantity take-off
- Follow up quotations with customers
- Arrange site measurements and appointments
- Coordinate workers, subcontractors and schedules
- Prepare daily manpower / job schedules
- Coordinate materials and deliveries
- Track ongoing jobs and outstanding works
- Update quotation and project records
- Assist with basic space planning/design when required
🤗 Who We Are Looking For
- Students, fresh graduates or junior candidates welcome
- Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Construction Management, Building, Civil Engineering or related course
- Able to read basic floor plans
- Comfortable with measurements and calculations
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
- AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Responsible, organised and willing to learn
