As a Assistant Manager, You Will:
- Support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations.
- Lead and motivate your team to deliver top-notch customer service, cleanliness, and speed.
- Manage shifts efficiently, ensuring smooth and timely operations.
- Uphold health, safety, and food quality standards while maintaining a positive vibe.
- Train and develop team members for growth and future leadership roles.
- Assist in budget management and cost control.
- Handle physical tasks like lifting items (up to 20kg) when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- A passionate leader who loves chicken and thrives in fast-paced environments.
- A multitasking pro with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in fast food or similar settings is a plus.
