1. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for the assigned properties
2. Ensure smooth running of all building Mechanical and Electrical services
3. Ensure all equipment are maintained and operated according to instruction
4. Carry out preventive maintenance of the equipment in accordance with Preventive Maintenance Schedule
5. Inspect the premises daily, perform building round checklist recording and replace defective parts
6. Attend to all M&E work orders within the stipulated time frame
7. Attend to emergency breakdown according to duty roster
8. Comply with building and fire safety rules and regulations
9. Coordinate term contract servicing/ ad-hoc repairs and endorse job done on-site
10. Record and monitor utilities consumption of the property
11. Update the stock cards of M&E parts
12. To be part of CERT team and execute the duties accordingly
13. Comply with Workplace Safety Rules and Regulations, building and fire safety rules and regulations
14. Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors, carrying them out diligently and professionally.
