Responsibilities:
- Able to perform job matching, selection & shortlisting of potential candidates and explore the different platforms to create a recruitment channel
- Develop effective recruitment strategies and training programs for new comers
- Collect, monitor, and present data on recruitment drives
- Prepare and conduct in-house training for candidates
- Gather data and feedback to senior management team
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, networking skills & interpersonal skills
- Self-driven with a strong desire to excel
- Strong communication skills to conduct training effectively
- Establish and maintain a good relationship with potential candidates
