Hello! Interesed to join our catering team and gain hands-on experience in kitchen preparation, order fulfilment and event support? No prior experience is required, as training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist with basic food preparation, portioning and plating.
- Pack and label catering orders accurately.
- Prepare utensils, condiments and equipment for delivery.
- Support catering event setup and breakdown when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work areas.
- Follow food safety and workplace safety requirements.
- Assist with stock arrangement and other kitchen duties assigned.
Requirements
- Comfortable working in a kitchen and fast-paced environment.
- Able to stand for extended periods and carry catering supplies safely.
- Responsible, punctual and a good team player.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Prior F&B or kitchen experience is an advantage but not required.
- Training will be provided.
- Must be able to commit min. 20 hours per week (over 4 days) & a min. commitment of 6 months.
