Reporting to the Senior Front Office Manager, your job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Responsibilities
- Always the first contact at Hotel's front entrance to greet and direct guests.
- Assist arriving and departing guests & handle their luggage.
- Orientate guest on room and Hotel's facilities.
- Keep abreast of latest happenings in the tourism scene and events in the Hotel to assist guests in their enquiries.
Requirements
- Able to carry heavy loads such as luggages for guests.
- Able to work shifts on weekends & public holidays.
- A great team player with excellent customer service & communication skills.
