Job Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out
- Escort guests to rooms and provide key hotel information
- Handle luggage storage, tagging, and retrieval
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the lobby and luggage areas
- Support front desk and concierge teams as needed
- Perform other guest service tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Neat and professional appearance
- Physically fit and able to handle luggage
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior hospitality experience preferred
- 16 years old and above (due to legal requirement)
