Responsibilities
- Develop new customers through telesales, lead follow-ups and promotional activities.
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio, including customer enquiries, renewals and follow-ups.
- Liaise with customers and insurers on quotations, applications, documentation and other insurance matters.
- Handle motor insurance administration and maintain accurate customer records.
- Support sales and marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase sales opportunities.
- Provide professional and responsive service to internal and external customers.
- Assist with ad-hoc sales, marketing and company projects.
- Any other duties assigned by manager
Requirements
- Full suite of General Insurance (GI) certifications (BCP, PGI & ComGI) (Optional).
- Prior experience in motor insurance, insurance administration or customer service is an added advantage.
- Sales-driven, proactive and results-oriented.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good team player with the ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude, willing to learn and take initiative.
Working Arrangement
Working Days: 5 days per week
Company Transport: Pick-up available at Bishan MRT / Jurong East MRT
