Role Overview
As an AquaFlask Experience Ambassador, you’ll be the face of the brand — welcoming customers, recommending products, and offering personalisation options through in-store engraving. We’re looking for individuals who are friendly, customer-focused, and passionateabout lifestyle products and sustainable hydration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations.
- Share product and engraving knowledge confidently.
- Drive sales and achieve individual and store targets.
- Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and display standards.
- Operate the POS system and handle payments accurately.
- Assist with stock counts, restocking, and general store operations.
Requirements
- Good communication skills; Fluency in either English, Mandarin or Bahasa Melayu to communicate with tourists and locals
- Energetic, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
- Willing to work in Eastern and Central Singapore.
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
