- Perform face and body treatments with strong technique
- Recommend the right products, treatments, and packages
- Build trust with customers and convert confidently
- Deliver a professional, results-driven customer experience
- Drive referrals and long-term retention
You will also:
- Handle appointments, reception, and customer enquiries
- Maintain outlet cleanliness and service standards
- Represent the brand with confidence and professionalism
