Job Summary
You will translate design requirements from the Sales Team into detailed architectural and interior design drawings, including base plans, technical drawings, shop drawings, and 3D models, supporting material preparation and design visualization.
Responsibilities
- Interpret design requirements from the Sales Team to develop accurate design concepts
- Conceptualize design ideas to meet project goals and client needs
- Prepare base plans and layouts using AutoCAD to support project development
- Create detailed technical drawings and shop drawings for construction and fabrication
- Generate 3D drawings and models using SketchUp and 3D Modelling software (3D Max/Vray) for design visualization
- Assist in preparing material samples and mood boards to support design presentations
- Apply knowledge of interior design drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a relevant certificate in architectural, engineering, or interior design fields
- Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D Modelling software (3D Max/Vray)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Possess a minimum of 1 year of related experience in architectural or interior design projects
- Familiarity with interior design drawings and industry standards
