Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain full sets of accounts for fund management companies, investment holding companies and family offices
- Record investment transactions, including purchases, disposals, dividends, interest income and related expenses
- Perform bank, custodian, brokerage and investment portfolio reconciliations
- Assist with NAV calculations, portfolio reporting and management accounts
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Assist with consolidation and intercompany reconciliations
- Support GST, corporate tax, audit and statutory reporting matters
- Assist with MAS regulatory reporting and compliance-related submissions
- Liaise with clients, fund administrators, banks, auditors, tax agents and other service providers
- Maintain proper accounting schedules and supporting documents
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of relevant experience are welcome
- An interest in fund accounting, investment management or family office operations
- Basic understanding of financial instruments and investment transactions is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good communication, organisational and time-management skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
