Ebb & Flow Group is opening an exciting new Mediterranean restaurant concept at Dempsey Hill, and we're looking for a capable Bar Supervisor / Senior Bartender to take charge of our bar station. This role is about strong, consistent execution — you'll follow established recipes and SOPs to deliver every drink to standard, while leading the bar team through service with confidence.

What You'll Do

Take charge of the bar station during service, ensuring drinks are prepared consistently and efficiently according to our recipes and SOPs
Supervise and guide junior bartenders and bar-backs, ensuring smooth workflow and service standards are upheld
Oversee bar setup, stock levels, and closing procedures
Ensure responsible service of alcohol and compliance with licensing requirements
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene standards at the bar station
Monitor stock usage, assist with inventory counts, and flag reordering needs
Liaise closely with floor and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service
Support training of new bar staff on house recipes, SOPs, and service standards
Assist management with basic bar administration, such as stocktakes and wastage tracking

What We're Looking For

Prior experience as a bartender or bar supervisor, ideally with some experience leading or guiding junior staff
Strong execution skills — comfortable following established recipes and SOPs consistently
Confident taking charge of the bar station and keeping composure during busy service
Familiarity with classic cocktails and standard bar techniques
Good communication and leadership skills
Willing to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Work Schedule

Confirm: 5-day work week, 44 hours/week. Overtime pay for hours beyond 44/week
