Scope of Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Deliver excellent nail services including manicure/pedicure, extension and gel nail services.
- Recommending various nail designs and nail art to clients.
- Evaluating the conditions of customers'nails and advise them on proper nail care and suitable nail care treatments.
- Provide follow up services and able assist all staffs for consult.
- Attend and resolve customers' complaint
- Attend enquiries and make appointments.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Supervisor/ Consultant (Manicure/Pedicure) management experiences.
- Provide different nails services
Working Hours
Monday-Friday 11am-9pm, Weekend and Public Holiday 10am-7pm.
