Working Days: 5 days
Job Scope
• Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling, preparation of offer letters, and work pass applications whilst staying current with MOM regulatory requirements
• Process monthly payroll calculations, CPF contributions, leave tracking, staff claims, government grants, and employee benefits in accordance with company policies
• Administer staff insurance renewals, support internship programmes, and prepare yearly payroll audit reports including IR8A, IR21, and statutory submissions
• Maintain records of IT equipment, office supplies, company assets, and liaise with building management and IT vendors for operational support
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma qualification with at least 1 year of relevant HR experience
• Bilingual proficiency to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Strong communication and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations, CPF requirements, and MOM guidelines is advantageous
• Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and professionalism
