What You'll Do
- Paste and install Lalamove stickers on Driver Partner vehicles.
- Make outbound calls to Driver Partners to introduce the sticker programme and encourage participation.
- Speak with Driver Partners, explain the programme, and follow up on sticker installation.
- Support the team with daily sticker collection, installation, and coordination.
- Take videos to record the number of Lalamove vehicles passing through selected locations.
- Manage sticker stock and keep simple records of sticker usage.
- Perform basic data entry and update information in our systems.
- Keep the sticker storage area clean and organised.
- Work with the team to achieve daily targets and KPIs.
Job Requirements
- Minimum N-Level qualification or relevant work experience
- Comfortable with outdoor and hands-on work
- Able to work independently and follow instructions
- Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn
- Basic communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is preferred
