Front desk receptionist-cashier for Feng Shui Company
Location: Near Tai Seng MRT (CC11 Exit A)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, 6 days/week (1 weekday off)
Work Environment: Chinese-speaking, Buddhist practices
Responsibilities
- Handle front desk reception and cashier duties using EPOS.
- Provide customer service and manage appointments.
- Answer and route phone calls.
- Assist with meeting room arrangements.
- Maintain the front desk area.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Relevant experience preferred; training provided.
- Comfortable working in a Buddhist environment.
- Good communication, observation, and adaptability skills.
- Proficient in Mandarin; other languages are an advantage.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Experience with EPOS systems and payment terminals (NETS, Visa/Mastercard) is preferred.
