Job Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, label and inspect goods for delivery/export
- Check outgoing goods for accuracy and ensure proper handling during loading and delivery.
- Handle delivery and collection of goods and obtain acknowledgement on delivery orders.
- Receive and inspect incoming goods for physical or packaging damage.
- Assist with daily delivery planning and transportation arrangements.
- Handle loading/unloading of incoming and outgoing goods, including containers.
- Update warehouse stock movements in NetSuite using Bin Transfer.
- Maintain proper storage, warehouse safety, security and housekeeping.
- Perform monthly stock takes.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements
- Must possess a valid Class 3 or Class 4 Driving Licence.
- Minimum ITE / NTC Certificate in Business, Office Skills or equivalent.
- Preferably at least 5 years of related working experience.
- Candidates without prior working experience may also be considered, provided they meet the relevant job requirements.
- Comfortable handling both warehouse duties and delivery/collection responsibilities.
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite would be advantageous.
