What you'll be doing
- Register patients, verify particulars, enter data accurately
- Manage appointments, enquiries & frontline support
- Process medical records, filing & documentation
- Assist billing, insurance claims & admin tasks
- Uphold confidentiality & healthcare standards
What we're looking for
- Prior experience in healthcare admin, clinic/ hospital reception, patient registration, or frontline service — highly preferred
- Proficient in MS Office, email, and hospital/ clinic management systems
- Service-oriented, polite, calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy healthcare environment.
