Job Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate filing of documents, purchase records, invoices, and supplier information.
- Support system updates and data housekeeping of vendor, item and pricing records etc.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support daily operational requirements.
- Monitor stock-related documentation and support inventory administration.
- Respond to and coordinate basic enquiries from suppliers and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform daily administrative duties to support the Supply Chain team.
- Ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Able to communicate effectively with internal teams and suppliers.
- Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
