Job Responsibilities
- Inspect and test incoming materials according to quality specifications.
- Calibrate and verify measuring and testing equipment.
- Identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain inspection records and update material quality status.
- Investigate non-conforming products/materials.
- Prepare monthly quality reports and maintain QC documentation.
- Support production and other departments on quality-related issues.
- Perform duties as an ISO Internal Auditor.
Job Requirements
- NITEC and/or Diploma in Chemical Process.
- At least 5 years of experience in a laboratory testing environment.
- Hands-on experience in QC inspection and testing procedures.
- Able to operate and calibrate measuring/testing equipment.
- Good understanding of quality standards, specifications and non-conformance procedures.
- Strong attention to detail with good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Able to identify defects and investigate quality issues.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with production, warehouse and engineering teams.
- Team-leading experience would be an advantage.
