Dispatch Operator

Location: Changi Terminal 2

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Prepare, collect, and load catering supplies, dry stores, flight equipment, and food items onto delivery vehicles.
  2. Load dry ice and carry out catering exchange/uplift according to the airline’s galley loading plan.
  3. Deliver and hand over meals and bonded stores to the flight crew safely and accurately.
  4. Return used equipment, dispose of garbage, and clean/wash delivery vehicles after each flight.
  5. Perform escort duties in the high-lift cabin and carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Able to work in a fast-paced airport/flight catering environment.
  • Physically fit and comfortable with loading/unloading duties.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Good teamwork, communication, and safety awareness.
  • Relevant airport, logistics, or catering experience is an advantage.
