Job Description:
Team Supervision
- Guide and supervise sales staff during daily work.
- Train new employees and support team members when needed.
- Plan staff roster and arrange staff duties to ensure enough coverage on the shop floor.
Customer Service
- Provide friendly and helpful service to customers.
- Handle customer questions, feedback, or complaints.
- Assist to resolve cashiering issues and ensure smooth checkout flow.
Store Operations
- Make sure the store is clean, organised, and presentable.
- Support the team to achieve sales targets.
Merchandising
- Assist with promotional or seasonal setup.
Stock Handling
- Work with the stockroom to manage inventory and replenishment.
- Help with receiving, packing, sorting, and arranging stock when required.
- Assist in stock checks and report any differences.
Administrative Support
- Follow company procedures and safety rules.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years retail experience required; supervisory experience is a plus.
- Willing to be hands-on with both sales floor and operations tasks.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays.
