As a senior warehouse administrative assistant, you will be responsible to provide clerical and administration support for warehouse operations.
Main Duties:
- Check incoming and outgoing stocks for errors or damages
- Update stock records into the company’s system and verify details
- Prepare dispatch documents and shipping labels for delivery
- Assist managers and officers in managing warehouse safety and records
Requirements:
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Able to work on Saturdays and public holidays.
- Attention to details and good organizational skill.
- Well versed with Microsoft office (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel etc.).
- Able to work independently and be a good team-player.
- At least 2 years of working experience as an administrative assistant in the Warehouse and Logistics sector
Work Schedule:
- The staff is required to perform the following working shifts:
- Normal Working Hours: 9.30am to 6.30pm (1 hour lunch break)
- 6 off days per month (two Saturdays and four Sundays as off days)
- There will be off in lieu if one works on public holidays.
Salary and Allowances:
- Basic salary for full-time: $2500 to $2600, depending on experience
- Attendance Allowance for full-time (After Confirmation): $60
Other details:
- Probation Period: 3 months
- Annual Leave if worked for a complete calendar year: 10 days (Job Grade SG2)
