Job Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and address their enquiries professionally.
- Provide accurate and suitable product recommendations.
- Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, organized, and attractively displayed.
- Drive product sales and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage in-store promotions and support marketing initiatives.
- Maintain good knowledge of mobile phone brands and accessories.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with customers.
- Candidates with mobile phone / accessories knowledge are highly preferred.
- Relevant retail, sales, or promoter experience will be favourably considered.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good interpersonal skills when dealing with store managers and fellow promoters.
- Sales-driven, motivated, and enthusiastic.
