SALES CONSULTANT – AI MATTRESS SHOWROOM

About the Company

We are a growing company specializing in AI Smart Mattress and sleep technology products. Our showroom provides customers with the opportunity to experience and understand the benefits of smart sleep technology.

Job Responsibilities

Welcome and attend to customers at the showroom.
Introduce and demonstrate our AI Smart Mattress and sleep technology.
Understand customers' sleeping needs and recommend suitable products.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits.
Follow up with customers through phone, WhatsApp and other channels.
Maintain good relationships with customers and generate repeat/referral business.
Keep the showroom clean, attractive and professionally presented.
Participate in sales promotions, exhibitions and marketing activities when required.

Requirements

Sales experience is preferred, especially in mattress, furniture retail products.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and customer-service oriented.
Confident in approaching and communicating with customers.
Motivated, responsible and target-driven.
Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
Experience require
Able to communicate in English. Mandarin-speaking candidates are an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: S$2,500 – S$3,500/month
