About the Role

Are you passionate about innovative technology and high-end lifestyle products? We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven Showroom Manager to oversee daily operations and lead sales for our revolution.You will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, driving retail growth.

Key Responsibilities

Showroom Leadership & Sales:
- Drive monthly sales targets and maximize showroom profitability through active selling and consultive engagement.
- Deliver immersive product demonstrations showcasing AI sleep-tracking, personalized comfort adjustments.
Operations & Experience Management:
- Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring an immaculate, welcoming, and fully functional environment.
- Manage inventory levels, floor display aesthetics, stock orders, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare regular sales reports, customer feedback summaries, and market insights for management.
Team Development (If Applicable):
- Train and mentor showroom staff on product knowledge, AI features, and high-touch sales techniques.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of retail management or sales experience, ideally in luxury retail, smart home technology, furniture, or high-end consumer goods.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Attributes: Self-motivated, customer-centric, and results-oriented with a professional demeanor.
Availability: Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays (5.5-day work week).
