🥬 RETAIL SUPERVISOR – FOOD DEPARTMENT

✅ Manage sales, inventory and merchandising standards
✅ Supervise and train Retail Assistants
✅ Ensure smooth daily store operations
✅ Manage product planning based on sales & customer demand

💳 RETAIL SUPERVISOR – CASHIERING & ADMIN

✅ Oversee daily cashiering operations
✅ Monitor cash flow and daily reporting
✅ Ensure accurate collection of payments
✅ Supervise and train cashiering team

🛒 ONLINE ORDER SUPERVISOR / TEAM LEADER

✅ Monitor online grocery orders from picking to dispatch
✅ Ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment
✅ Manage inventory, stock movement and receiving
✅ Supervise, train and roster Grocery Shoppers & Replenishers
✅ Handle customer enquiries and maintain SOPs

👤 REQUIREMENTS

✔️ Minimum 2 years of relevant retail / inventory experience for most supervisor roles
✔️ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔️ Hands-on, independent and service-oriented
✔️ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Able to work rotating shifts, 6 days/week, including weekends & PH
✔️ For Online Grocery role: Able to carry loads up to 20kg
✔️ Basic Microsoft Office & smartphone skills
