Responsibilities:

Managing day-to-day operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and visually appealing to customers
Maintain the general cleanliness of the store
Cashier duties which include and are not limited to processing payments, exchanges, and returns
Co-ordinate with in-house driver and operations team to replenish stocks and transfers from the main warehouse
Weekly stock-take to ensure inventory accuracy
Training, and supervising retail staff, setting performance expectations, and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer service
Ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained, resolving customer complaints, and handling escalated issues promptly and professionally

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the fashion industry or a related field/skill is preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effectively communicating with customers and staff
Adaptable, flexible, and able to thrive in a constantly evolving environment
Experience in the fast fashion industry and e-commerce/similar is preferred
Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and effectively manage challenging situations
