📋 Job Scope
🤝 Work closely with the warehouse team and be part of the full operations process!
💻 Update shipment / order status in the company's system
💬 Communicate with customers regarding feedback, enquiries and any issues
📑 Prepare and organise documents such as cycle count reports and invoices
🔎 Review and interpret data for accurate system entry
📊 Prepare presentation slides and reports for customers when required
