Jobscope:
- Handling of incoming queries from clients
- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure all items received are accurate
- Updating of status in company's system
- Communicating with customers on any feedbacks / when issue arises
- Prepare and sorting of documents such as cycle count reports, invoices ; identify and interpreting data for system entry
- Doing up of slides and presenting of reports to customers whenever necessary
