For 36 years, we’ve been serving delicious, fuss-free Mexican food — and we’re looking for a Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team.

🌮 Your Role
• Assist the Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations
• Manage your assigned section during service
• Prepare sauces & mise en place
• Maintain food quality and consistency
• Ensure kitchen hygiene & cleanliness
• Assist with stock control & inventory
• Perform efficiently during busy service
✅ Requirements
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant kitchen experience
• Mexican cuisine experience is required
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen
• Team player with a positive attitude & discipline
• Good knowledge of food hygiene & safety
