Luxury Jewelry brand looking for a Host/ Ambassador to engage and receive VIPs and high net worth clients while providing a high level of customer service during their visit.
Basic Salary: $15 per hour
Location: Ngee Ann City / Marina Bay Sands / ION
Working Hours: Retail hours (3-4 days per week including weekends)
Job Scope:
- Converse and engage with customers who enter the boutique and conduct boutique tours /brand storytelling
- Cater to clients needs and by creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for customers to discover the brand while working seamlessly with Client Advisors on product offering recommendations
- Handle and oversee daily administrative and coordination activities like appointment scheduling, responding to email and phone inquiries and requests
- Oversee the general upkeeping of the boutique and ensure that daily operations run smoothly
Requirements:
- Proficient communicator
- Proactive, team player and possess a service driven mindset
- Comfortable with communicating with a diverse audience in different settings
