Full-time Bakery & Service Staff Key Responsibilities:
SERVICE
- Greet and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate POS system and handle monetary transactions
- Assist in packing bakery items
- Ensure bakery products are well displayed
- Replenish stock on shelves and counters as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the shop
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Support other duties assigned by the supervisor/manager
- Able to do baking under high pressure environment
- Experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail or hospitality (bakery experience a plus)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for customer satisfaction and high-quality products
- Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and store reporting
BAKER
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads to perfection
- Follow recipes and maintain consistent product quality
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and bakery area
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Collaborate with the team to meet customer demands and seasonal offerings
