Founded by Chef-Owner Dave Pynt, Burnt Ends is a modern Australian barbecue restaurant located in Dempsey Hill, Singapore. Known for our open kitchen, wood-fired cooking, and relaxed atmosphere, we serve boutique wines, craft spirits, and a daily-changing menu built around top-quality produce.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide executive & admin support to Chef Owner & Head of Operations
- Manage calendars, meetings, travel (flights, hotels, visas) & schedules
- Prepare documents, coordinate calls across time zones
- Handle expenses, claims, invoicing & track deadlines/priorities
- Liaise with external partners (agencies, event organisers, collaborators)
- Support stakeholder communications & ad-hoc projects
- Assist procurement of supplies & oversee warehouse inventory
- Conduct stock counts & maintain inventory records
- Coordinate logistics, shipping & merchandise dispatch
- Manage e-commerce (Amazon storefront, listings, billing, inquiries)
- Support finance (invoicing, payment follow-ups, filing systems)
- Assist in projects, monitor progress & perform ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in administrative/executive support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace.
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Adaptable, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive team player and a willingness to learn.
