Business Analyst - 1596
S$7000 - 8000 / month
i. Oversee day-to-day BAU operations, ensuring high availability, performance and reliability.
ii. Act as the primary point of contact for business users on system issues, service requests and enhancements.
iii. Manage and prioritise incidents, service requests and change requests in accordance with SLAs.
iv. Perform root cause analysis and drive resolution of system issues with IT teams, vendors and GovTech.
v. Knowledge and experience in the following WoG tools will be an added advantage:
• ApplySG
• Ogre/Opus
• Optical CMS
vi. Ensure data quality, integrity and proper usage across the system.
vii. Recommend continuous improvements.
viii. Enforce governance and compliance with relevant policies.
ix. Ensure adherence to data protection requirements under the Personal Data Protection Act.
x. Support enhancements and releases, including requirements analysis, testing and deployment coordination.
xi. Maintain system documentation, SOPs and knowledge base articles.
xii. Drive data quality, reporting and analytics to support policy-making and operational insights.
xiii. Strong analytical, troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills are preferred.
xiv. Ability to manage vendors and support service delivery in an SLA-driven environment is preferred.
xv. Proficiency with requirements management tools, e.g. JIRA and Confluence.
xvi. The candidate must have independently managed IT projects within a government agency as a Project Manager or by double-hatting as a Business Analyst/Project Manager.
xvii. Proficient in frontend web development using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3, with experience collaborating with business users, UX designers and developers to deliver responsive, accessible and maintainable web applications.
