Job Description:
- Assign crew for water and lavatory servicing for arriving/departing flights and closely monitor if the crew had carried out the required servicing
- Assign GS crew for ground equipment support for aircraft when there is a request.
- Monitor flight changes, call backs, text messages, radio communications and telephone calls for services and inform the operators accordingly;
- Update all ground equipment status and report all defective equipment to supervisor
- Assist duty Supervisor to update on delays and any operational issue
- Any other duties assigned by team leaders and superiors
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/NITEC in Aviation/Airport Operations or equivalent
- Comfortable with shift work arrangements
- Possess good communication skills
- Good team player
